Here's (some of) what she had to say about it: I'm finding this a very easy way to visualize my grounded theory... I used a very simple program called Inspiration - you can get a free trial at Inspiration.com . The program is designed for kids, so it's very easy. I purchased the software for making flow charts for a different project, but now that I have it I use it for all sorts of things. She has removed any identifying information. But I think this visual gives you a good idea of how using visual techniques can clarify and yes, inspire.
